May 12, 2026 – polls open at 7:00 AM
The School Committee unanimously approved the proposed budget on April 27th.
They worked hard to limit the impact of rising fixed costs which included cutting 26 positions.
On Tuesday May 5th the City Council approved sending the budget to the citizens of Lewiston for the required referendum vote.
